Returns & Refund Policy — Bloomwise Toys

At Bloomwise Toys, we want you and your child to be happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your return request must be submitted within this 30-day window. Items returned after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them
- In their original packaging, with all included pieces, accessories, and inserts
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if an item shows signs of use, missing parts, or damage not caused by us or the carrier.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items (see Section 6 below). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit back to us.
4. How to Start a Return
- Contact us at info@bloomwisetoys.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll confirm your item is eligible and provide you with the return address and any instructions.
- Package the item securely and ship it back at your own cost.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges (if any were paid at checkout) are non-refundable, except in cases covered under Section 6.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at info@bloomwisetoys.com within 7 days of delivery, including a photo of the issue where possible. In these cases:
- We will cover the cost of return shipping, and
- You may choose a full refund or a free replacement.
This does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents after delivery.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase
- Items returned without prior authorization from our support team
- Digital products
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, version, or product, please return your original item for a refund (following the process above) and place a new order separately.
9. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us at info@bloomwisetoys.com as soon as possible. We can only cancel or modify orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
10. Safety-Related Returns
Some of our products contain small parts or magnets and include safety warnings on their product pages. If you have safety concerns about an item you've received, please contact us immediately at info@bloomwisetoys.com — safety-related return requests will be handled with priority.
